The biography, here titled “His Life”, is from the translation by Ainsworth O’Brien-Moore, published in 1921 as a part of the Historiae Augustae, with an introduction by David Magie.
The map of the Orbus Veteribus Notus was adapted from Dr. Butler’s Atlas of Ancient Geography, published in 1851. The Synopsis of Events and Genealogy are by Castalia House.
