Castalia Cathedra Catch up Payment

This is to permit a new subscriber to ensure that all of the necessary payments for a subscription have been made. Please note that catchup payments will be required for all Castalia Cathedra subscriptions begun in February through June, or August through December.

Subscribers with questions about how many catchup payments are required for their subscription should email LIBRARY(AT)CASTALIAHOUSE(DOT)COM. Please note that all of the necessary catchup payments must be made before a subscription book is shipped.
